Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of partycalcs.uk (the “site”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site provides

The site is a free library of party and event-planning calculators plus reference content — covering guest numbers, food and drink quantities, catering portions, budgets, tableware, seating, decorations and venue space. It is provided “as is” without account registration or payment.

2. Accuracy and your own event

Calculators are estimates based on typical per-head quantities and established party-planning rules of thumb, applied to the guest numbers and choices you enter. Real-world needs depend on your guests’ appetites and drinking, the time of day and length of the event, the weather, dietary requirements, and how much is served. Always confirm final quantities with your caterer, venue and suppliers, and check allergen and food-safety information before serving.

Treat every result as a starting point, not a guarantee. Food and drink quantities in particular vary widely with the crowd and the occasion, so build in a sensible margin and order a little extra where you can. We round and estimate conservatively, but we cannot account for every guest, menu or event, so verify quantities and costs against real supplier prices and your own plans before you commit. Always drink and serve alcohol responsibly and follow current UK food-safety and licensing guidance.

3. Limitation of liability
