Formula
- Savoury food = 225g per person (midpoint of 200-250g guideline)
- Sweet food = 100g per person
- Total food = effective adults x 325g
- Per dish = total food / number of dishes
- Sandwiches = effective adults x 3.5
- Children = 60% of adult portions
